| I spend my free time playing sand volleyball, a pickup game of basketball, backyard football, paintball, rock climbing (indoor), mountain biking and I recently took up snowboarding.
This is not a complete list, nor am I an avid practitioner of any one of these. However, when I am training for a fight, I don’t have the excess energy to burn on these activities. During fight prep, my stress relievers are more relaxing. I enjoy activities such as drumming or shooting my pistols at the range. |
