| Being an outsider looking in, it is hard for me to imagine the determination and self-discipline it takes to do the process that Rich does for every fight. I have a hard time giving up my favorites for one day! But when you have that drive, I guess anything is possible. For me, inspiration is what gets me motivated. Your example is a testament to this inspiration the world round. Sent by Mike Sulton |

Life is a fight
Wednesday, May 7th, 2008| I have definitely been enjoying the Franklin Equation. It’s great to hear thoughts from a fighter especially of the caliber of a champion like Rich. I’m not a fighter but I like to hear words like this since life is such a fight at times. Wish you guys the best. Sent by Adam Zak |
Confident relaxation
Wednesday, May 7th, 2008| When look into your eyes as you are walking down towards the cage, I can see that look of confident relaxation, as if you are about to complete a job you’ve done thousands of times beforehand. Sent by Eric Bailey |
Best part of my week
Tuesday, May 6th, 2008| I must say that “The Equation” is one of the most inspiring moments in my week and I am thankful that I have it’s motivating message in my week. I am only eighteen years old and I am beginning to train for my mixed martial arts career. God is the center of my life and I hope some day to be able to fight just as well as anyone else. I feel like I can relate to Rich, and I love to hear his kind words of inspiration. Thank Rich Franklin for his words and let him know that he truly does inspire me. God bless.
